The Employment Partnership is a co-operative and self funded solution, that allows clients to benefit, by using the combined value of the total client base as leverage in the market (which in the UK alone is currently £3 billion in employers Gross pay roll).

We will be launching a free PMI policy for all staff at the beginning of 2025 but in the meantime, we provide discounted insured services as follows.
Private Health Insurance – 3 months free for employee and family member plans.
Critical Illness Cover – 3 months free, pays out a cash lump sum if you develop a critical illness.
Personal Life Insurance – 3 months free, no one wants to think about it, but anyone with a family to take care of should consider what might happen if they sadly passed away. Life Insurance pays out a cash lump sum should the employee pass away during the term of the policy, helping their family financially at a very difficult time.
Income Protection – 3 months free, pays out a proportion of an employee gross salary each month if they're ever out of work through accident or sickness. Comprehensive, long-term cover can pay out right up until they retire if they're so ill and can never work again.
